4 Double sheets of tin foil about 10”square
4 Bay Leaves
4 Slices of Lemon
Sprigs of Parsley
Bunch of Chives
4 Fillets of Salmon
Lay the tin foil on a work surface and curl the edges up. Lay the herbs and lemon in the middle pour on some white wine and put the salmon on top, dot with some butter.
Fold up the tin foil to seal. Cook on the coolest part of the BBQ for about 25 mins or till just cooked through.
Alternatively bake in an oven 200 deg for 20 mins.
